Have you had enough of that embarrassing chest fat? Enough of people teasing you about having man boobs and wearing a bra and not taking you seriously? Have you tried to get rid of chest fat before with no success?
You don’t have to work out for hours every day to get rid of chest fat. All you need is a few minutes a day of the RIGHT exercise.
You may be surprised to hear that chest-workouts like push-ups and bench presses do very little to get rid of chest fat. If you’ve tried to lose chest fat this way then I’m sure you know what I’m talking about.
Exercises that DO burn chest fat really well, are ones that both stimulate the body’s generalized fat burning mechanism AND shake up your hormonal system, making you release more of the male hormone testosterone and less of the female hormone estrogen.
There are only a handful of exercises that can achieve both, and I’m always surprised by the number of people who just don’t know about these exercises and have no idea how to get rid of chest fat.
How To Get Rid Of Chest Fat With High Intensity Interval Training
One of the exercises you can do to get rid of excess chest fat is high intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT involves taking a cardiovascular workout like running, swimming or cycling and putting a different twist to it that will make your body focus on burning more chest fat.
Studies show that high intensity interval training is far superior to traditional steady state cardio, when it comes to reducing body fat.
And what’s really cool, is unlike with normal cardio where you have to be exercising for 40 minutes or more to see any results, with HIIT all you need is a few minutes to stimulate the body’s fat burning mechanism (which can last the entire day) and cause your body to release growth hormones and testosterone, which will work on your body all day to grow muscle and burn excess chest fat. But there’s a catch…
It sounds easy – “just do HIIT for a few minutes a day and your chest fat will be gone!” As the name suggests, those few minutes are intense and probably unlike any other exercise you’ve ever done.
Sure, you CAN get rid of excess chest fat and get a perfectly flat chest by working out for just a few minutes a day with HIIT. But it takes commitment. How badly do you really want to lose your man boobs?
If you want to learn how to get rid of chest fat in the quickest, most efficient way possible, then you need to go beyond just HIIT, and look into a new form of training called “Paleolithic HIIT“.
The trouble with traditional HIIT routines is they focus too much on performance, and too little on physique changes like losing man boobs and getting lean. Paleolithic HIIT on the other hand, uses gains in performance to help you get rid of man boobs.
Paleolithic HIIT is a much more advanced, structured, and detailed program than any other HIIT program I’ve seen. You can learn more about it here:

What are those exercises that involve Paleolithic HIIT? will like to know in detail.
Hi Michael
Paleolithic HIIT uses cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, cycling, jump-roping, and heavy bag training. What makes Paleolithic HIIT different from traditional “cardio” training, is the intensity of the workout, the rest intervals, and the muscular conditioning using resistance training to help boost your sprint performance.

Is it possible to apply your PHIIT principles to Kettlebell Exercises like the swing or the scnatch? If so then how?
Hi Stefan, in my experience, I’ve found that cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming and cycling can get your heart rate higher, and hence work better. But if you find kettlebells more convenient, you can use them too.
But what is the workout or exercise to be done under P.H.I.I.T to get rid of man boobs??
